Federal new-clean-vehicle credit (§30D) was repealed by OBBBA (Pub.L. 119-21) for purchases on or after 2025-10-01. As of May 2026, no federal EV credit applies. State incentives, dealer rebates, and utility programs (Seattle City Light, PSE) may still offer money — confirm at point of sale and enter in "Other incentives".
